Earn an Inclusive Leadership Certification 

The Inclusive Leadership Academy (ILA) is a comprehensive and custom Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) learning program that is designed to develop and strengthen the DEI competencies of employees at all levels of an organization. The ILA is tailored to each industry and ideal for organizations committed to achieving and sustaining inclusion and organizational change.

The ILA consists of four custom workshops that have been designed to build off of one another, ideally offered over the period of seven to twelve months. The ILA is an experiential and intellectually stimulating learning experience that will help ensure that DEI becomes part of the DNA of your organization.

Employees who complete the ILA workshop series will receive a CEU certificate of completion recognizing DEI competency and commitment to inclusive leadership. The Inclusive Leadership Academy’s CEU”s have been used by clients across various industries to maintain required professional memberships, certification or licensing.
