Cindu Thomas-George is the Founder and Principal Trainer of Shakti Diversity and Equity Training. In her role as Principal Trainer, she designs and facilitates professional development experiences that promote equity and cultural competence in order to help create inclusive and equitable organizations for today's increasingly diverse workforce. In her fourteen plus years of experience, she has developed a mastery of creating and facilitating meaningful and impactful learning experiences that work to empower individuals to become competent and culturally aware communicators. Through her experiences of being a diversity educator, Cindu has acquired the skills and understanding necessary to facilitate conversations about diversity and inclusion without being divisive.
