Leveraging her 20 years of teaching public speaking in Higher Education, Cindu delivers impactful, engaging, and inspiring speaking engagements. Her extensive experience, authenticity, courageous storytelling, humor, and passion shine on the public speaking stage. Cindu tailors her message to each unique audience, infusing relevant data and examples that resonate with the listeners.

Formally trained in public speaking, Cindu possesses the knowledge and skills to captivate diverse audiences. Her speaking engagements focus on crucial topics such as encouraging cross-racial allyship, disrupting anti-Asian hate, transitioning from color-blindness to color consciousness, understanding and embracing equity, disrupting anti-Blackness in communities of color, empowering women of color in the workplace, and cultivating inclusive organizations.

Cindu has a wealth of experience speaking at various forums, including conferences, company retreats, luncheons, ERG events, roundtable discussions, and panel discussions.
