Cindu Thomas-George is the Founder and Principal Trainer of Shakti Diversity and Equity Training. As a diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-racism (DEIA) practitioner, she designs and facilitates professional development experiences that promote equity, inclusion, anti-racism, and intercultural competence. In her eighteen plus years of working as a diversity practitioner and professor, she has developed a mastery of creating and facilitating impactful learning experiences. These professional development experiences empower employees to become advocates of diversity and agents of change, equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to contribute to the cultivation of an inclusive and equitable organizational culture.
